The Sunshine Smiles Room Edit
A cheerful yellow-and-white corner for a little one who lights up every room.
How this design comes together
Every child deserves a room that feels like the happiest hour of the day, all day long — and that’s exactly the mood this space was built around. The palette stays warm and golden from wall to floor, with a smiling sun mural taking center stage above a soft white bed dressed in cheerful yellow gingham and daisies.
A sun-shaped lamp and a cloud-shaped lamp flank the mural with a gentle glow, while a wave of smiling star fairy lights drapes across the wall above. A cozy window bench holds a trio of sleepy cloud, moon, and star plushies, and a sun-face rug and bean bag chair anchor the play space on the floor below.
Across the room, a study corner keeps things productive with a yellow desk chair, a gooseneck lamp, and a corkboard full of little notes and photos, while house-shaped shelves display books and a favorite giraffe. Every piece was chosen to feel bright, playful, and endlessly happy — a room that says good morning before you even open your eyes.
